During today's lunch with Mr.F, I chatted with him and heard a lot of interesting experience of him. The first topic was something about management of a software project. Questions include something like should we be optimistic or pessimistic? Who should be optimistic? when is the time you should be pessimistic? That discussion was really fun. Both of us referred to some former experience so that we could know a little inside of the other company. He is around 55 years old and so experienced researcher. I'm always have something to learn from him.

The second interesting thing was about how to organize your thought for some presentation, letters, papers or whatever. His way of thinking was really impressing. He said when he consider something, he writes everything he thought with exactly the same word in his mind. He keeps the notebook and never throws it away. He says your thought is getting organized as you go. When we got back to our office, He showed me his schetchbook which is interesting.

I'm thinking of doing that and I really hope my thought organization skill would get better.
